Rhonda Wye

Rhonda passed away peacefully on September 5, 2026, to be with the love of her life, Preston.
Born on November 6, 1965, to Jeanette C. Garza, Rhonda was a loving, caring, generous, and gentle soul. She was born in Wisconsin and raised in San Antonio, Texas. From a young age, Rhonda dreamed of becoming either a teacher or a nurse. At the age of forty, she returned to school and proudly earned her nursing degree, fulfilling a dream that reflected the caring nature she carried throughout her life.
Caring for others came naturally to Rhonda. She will be remembered for her gentle heart, her generosity, and the compassion she extended to everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Rhonda is survived by her sister, Dee Johnson; her nephews, David Torres and Miguel Torres; and her niece, Ceven Johnson.
She is now reunited with Preston, and although she will be deeply missed, Rhonda will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
